Our weekly 90 min hour practice for guys in their 20's, 30's and 40's, take place every Thursday 7-8.30pm.
In these sessions, you will be guided through a practice with a small group of men, incorporating physical postures, breathing practices, partner practices, meditation, and touch, to explore energy, awareness and sensuality from a space of compassion and respect. Each month will focus on different themes and practices.
The sessions are designed for men who are looking to cultivate, deepen and grow an ongoing yoga practice. Out of respect for the practice traditions of Yoga and Tantra, the sessions are not offered in the manner of "drop-in" commodified yoga classes, and all participants are expected to commit to ongoing regular attendance.
Due to the ongoing pandemic situation all participants are required to have a negative lateral flow test within the 24 hrs preceding each session. Please do not attend if you are experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms or other illnesses (colds/flu) that are similarly spread.
So come join us as we respectfully explore sensuality and connection through movement, breath and touch :)

If you are completely new to the sessions and you haven't met me before, you are required to meet for a chat first before joining, so that we can both be sure the practice is right for you, you can ask any questions you have and so you can feel more comfortable when attending your first class :)
Prior experience of yoga/tantra practice is beneficial for these sessions and existing regular students will have priority.
N.B. You will only be admitted to the sessions if your place as been confirmed and you have met with the teacher first. The practices are founded on kindness and respect, permission to participate is entirely at the teacher's discretion.
