Whether you are just starting out or are looking to deepen your existing practice, 1-1 sessions are a great way to develop your Yoga practice. Traditionally Yoga was most commonly taught on a 1-1 basis.

Obviously 1-1 tuition creates a more intimate dynamic than a group setting, with this in mind all 1-1 sessions are clothed to avoid any misunderstandings. This may be reviewed in later sessions once boundaries and mutual respect are firmly in place. If you have a partner you wish to include in the practice that's great, 1-2 sessions can also be arranged.

The 1-1 sessions will be tailored to suit your requirements, but some examples of areas of focus to explore could include:

- How to develop a home practice

- Focus on a particular aspect of the practices e.g. mediation, breathing practices, physical        postures etc.

- The deeper aspects of Yoga and Tantra - the history and philosophy of the practices

- How to work with partners, this could be particularly useful if you have a boyfriend/  partner/husband you would like to share the experience with.




1.5 hour 1:1 session - £100


1.5 hour 1:2 session - £150  

Availability and location:


A limited number of sessions are available, in the evenings or at weekends. Sessions should ideally be arranged a week in advance. 

Sessions a can be held in your home if you're in London Zones 1-3, or occasionally at my home in South East London.
